(BAKARA suresi 208. ayet) يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَآفَّةً وَلاَ تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ
"Ey iman edenler! Hep birden barışa girin. Sakın şeytanın peşinden gitmeyin. Çünkü o, apaçık düşmanınızdır.
"Ey imana ermiş olanlar! Allah'a kendinizi tam olarak teslim edin ve şeytanın ardından gitmeyin, zira o sizin apaçık düşmanınızdır.
"O ye who believe! enter into Islam whole heatedly; and follow not the footsteps of the evil one; for he is to you an avowed enemy.
"O ye who believe! Come, all of you, into submission (unto Him); and follow not the footsteps of the devil. Lo! he is an open enemy for you.

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الأَرْضِ حَلاَلاً طَيِّباً وَلاَ تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ
"Ey insanlar! Yeryüzünde bulunanların helâl ve temiz olanlarından yeyin, şeytanın peşine düşmeyin; zira şeytan sizin açık bir düşmanınızdır.
"EY İNSANLAR! Yeryüzünde meşru ve iyi ne varsa ondan nasibinizi alın ve Şeytanın izinden gitmeyin: Zira o sizin apaçık düşmanınızdır.
"O ye people! eat of what is on earth, lawful and good; and do not follow the footsteps of the Evil One, for he is to you an avowed enemy.
"O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and wholesome in the earth, and follow not the footsteps of the devil. Lo! he is an open enemy for you.
